The first project involved managing a high volume of customer complaints regarding products shipped by the company, implementing improvements that reduced the complaint rate from 0.027% to 0.011%. The second project focused on eliminating process waste to enhance worker productivity, conducting a work time performance analysis for other departments as evaluation material for the audit team, calculating future manpower needs, and assisting the Quality Management team in creating KPIs for other departments.
