PT Pertamina (Persero) Magang

In this internship, I had the opportunity to intern at PT Pertamina (Persero) in the Holding area, at Grha Pertamina, Central Jakarta especially in the Corporate Administration Function, Directorate of Corporate Secretary. With The activities carried out include:
- Conducting a comparative analysis on the proposed revision of the Articles of Association of Pertamina Subholding/Subsidiaries before being approved through the decision in RUPS of Pertamina Persero as a holding company.
- Contributed to preparing and collecting Pertamina documents to participate in the 2024 Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI).
- Successfully recap the Good Corpoarte Governance (GCG) assessment score data and accumulate Areas of Improvement (AOI) at Pertamina Subholding and Subsidiaries, especially the shareholder aspect.
- Assist in preparing assessor data for Pertamina assessment GCG implementation in 2025.
- Successfully compile Pertamina Group portfolio data recapitulation (shareholders) Subholding/Subsidiaries of Pertamina which consists of 200+ shareholder companies from database corporate administration.
- Contributed to other administrative activities such as making cooperation agreement letters, compiling presentation documents, editing guidelines documents and organizational procedures in the corporate secretary environment.
