I am a fresh graduate in Psychology from Universitas Indonesia with a strong interest in data analysis, recruitment, learning and development, and talent management. I have completed internships at three prominent companies (Bio Farma, Erajaya Swasembada, and PwC Indonesia) where I gained valuable hands-on experience in organizational and people-related functions.<br /> <br /> Beyond academics, I have been actively involved in nine organizations and committees, serving as chairperson or vice chairperson in five of them, which build my leadership, communication, and project management skills. I am highly responsive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, particularly in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
