Bakti FEB is an Introduction to educational programmes, scientific traditions and fostering student activitities in higher education for new Andalas University
students at the faculty level.
-Coordinated a team of 15 members in the PR and sponsorship division by overseeing task delegation, budgeting, and outreach efforts, engaging 60+ companies for sponsorship and 10+ potential speakers to ensure strong partnerships and impactful sessions.
-Secured sponsorship funding of IDR 13 million, exceeding the initial target and ensuring solid financial support for the event.
-Managed fundraising to support an event attended by 900+ new students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Andalas University.
-Successfully invited 2 professional speakers (from a state-owned enterprise and a business practitioner) and 4 high achieving student speakers, boosting the event’s value and relevance.

- Supported the biggest annual event of the Management Department by helping craft engaging and well targeted sponsorship proposals.
- Successfully contributed to securing IDR 20 million in sponsorship funding, supporting the event’s execution and impact.
- Collaborated with Sari Roti as one of the main sponsors, and helped sell around 80 product packages as part of the sponsorship agreement.
-Participated in vendor selection for committee uniforms, negotiated pricing with several vendors, and handled the data collection for each member’s order.
- Engaged with 60+ companies across different industries to explore potential partnerships and collaborations.
