Perkenalkan nama Saya Haidar Ghossan Muttaqin. Saya adalah seorang fresh graduate Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Sebelas Maret. Saya merupakan seseorang yang senang bersosialisasi dan memiliki keingintahuan terhadap pembelajaran yang baru. Hal tersebut Saya aplikasikan dengan mengikuti kegiatan organisasi dan beberapa kepanitian selama menjalani perkuliahan. Saya memiliki minat dalam psikologi industri dan organisasi, khususnya dalam hal rekrutmen dan penilaian kinerja. Hal tersebut saya salurkan melalui beberapa kegiatan internship di bidang Human Resource, antara lain di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia dan PT. Industri Kereta Api. Untuk menunjang kemampuan dan kompetensi Saya, Saya mengikuti beberapa kursus dan pelatihan selama berkuliah. Saya mengikuti pelatihan asesmen tes psikologi, bootcamp human resource, serta sertifikasi BNSP di bidang administrasi dan kebijakan sumber daya manusia. Melalui minat, pengalaman dan kompetensi yang Saya miliki, besar harapan Saya untuk dapat bergabung dan memberikan kontribusi pada program ini.
