Gerald Moses
Saya adalah mahasiswa Teknik Sipil Universitas Gadjah Mada dengan minat khusus pada bidang struktur bangunan dan jembatan. Selama masa studi, saya aktif mengembangkan kemampuan teknis maupun kepemimpinan melalui berbagai pengalaman organisasi, proyek kampus, serta magang di beberapa perusahaan konstruksi besar seperti PT Waskita Karya, PT Hutama Manggala Persada, dan PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja.<br /> Melalui pengalaman-pengalaman tersebut, saya terbiasa bekerja di lapangan, berkolaborasi dalam tim, serta menghadapi tantangan teknis di proyek nyata seperti perhitungan pondasi, pemodelan struktur, pengujian tanah, hingga penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) menggunakan software seperti Revit, ETABS, dan SAP2000. Saya juga aktif sebagai asisten dosen dalam mata kuliah Gambar Teknik dan Struktur Statik Tak Tentu, yang menumbuhkan kemampuan komunikasi, pengajaran, dan ketelitian teknis.<br /> Saya percaya bahwa kombinasi antara kemampuan teknis, pengalaman organisasi, dan semangat belajar yang tinggi akan menjadikan saya kontributor yang positif dalam tim dan siap belajar lebih dalam selama masa magang.

● The ongoing construction focuses on the substructure phase, managed by contractors ADHI KARYA
and WUHAN, with challenges from existing underground foundations in a demolished site.
● Give solutions involve shifting or adding pile points and recalculating pile strength, considering
unique soil conditions and vibrations from plant machinery.
