- Receive offers from underwriting that have been analyzed, where the share and rate are has been determined.
- Process document numbers through the system with status proposal, offer accepted, etc bindings especially in Marine Hull department.
- System Update on COB Marine Hull.
- After updating the system and getting the premium production number, then send back via email to the Marine Hull underwriting team for processing with related cedings.
- Create monthly reports in Microsoft Excel by including the ceding/broker name, insured, name of ship, nasre share, sum insured, and status of document number.
