customer service to 20+ employees, its implementation resulted in a success rate of
40,7% on employee performance.
- Compiled 3 Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) about work activities, customer
service, and punishment using descriptive analysis (flowchart) compiled in 60-pages
of guidebook.
- Successfully carried out benchmarking with 6 FnB Industry, such as Janji Jiwa,
Dehaga x Haus, Bendicion Café, Dawa Café, etc, to support SOP preparation.
- Submitted article with title “Optimalisasi Perancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur
Aktivitas Kerja dan Pelayanan Pelanggan (Studi Kasus: XYZ Coffee & Boutique)” at
Journal of Applied Business and Economic (JABE) accredited SINTA 3.
