Completed the project by designing and preparing the products for shipment, including 10 units of MCPK centrifugal pumps, 5 units of ETNV vertical centrifugal pumps, and 48 units of pump set canopies.
- Completed more than 100 engineering drawings consisting of general arrangement drawings (GAD), fabrication drawings for production needs, and create new System Application and Product (SAP) Code.
- Studied centrifugal pump performance characteristics such as NPSHa and NPSHr, flow rate, head, pump efficiency, pump structure and internal components.
- Learn and apply international standards related to pumps, namely ANSI, ASME, EN, ISO 9906 Class 3B (pump performance testing), ISO 2858/ISO 5199 (design and sizing of centrifugal pumps), ISO 10816-7 & ISO 10816-3 (vibration of rotating machinery), and DN/NPS flange size.
- Expand knowledge of various types of centrifugal pumps and their fittings, including slurry pumps, vertical pumps, submersible pumps, multistage pumps, and single-stage pumps.
- Analyze the strength and stability of the base frame using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
