• Performed in-depth failure analysis on Acid Gas Incinerator Burner 321-F1101 using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology.
• Analysed high-temperature corrosion mechanisms, including sulfidation, oxidation, and carburization based on the API 571 standard to determine failure causes.
• Evaluated and recommended high-performance materials for burner components to enhance durability and resistance to high-temperature corrosion based on the API 571 standard.
• Developed and presented a final project report titled “Failure Analysis of Acid Gas Incinerator Burner 321-F1101 Due to High Temperature Corrosion at Gas Processing Facility Jambaran Tiung Biru Field PT Pertamina EP Cepu”.
