Hai, saya Farah Sabina, mahasiswa Psikologi dengan semangat besar untuk mengeksplorasi dunia bisnis, digital, dan human capital.<br /> Dalam perjalanan saya, saya telah mengembangkan berbagai soft skill, seperti kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif, empati, dan kepemimpinan kolaboratif. Selain itu, saya juga memiliki hard skill yang mendukung, termasuk desain program pengembangan SDM, dasar-dasar desain grafis (Canva, Ms Powerpoint) untuk kebutuhan presentasi dan komunikasi internal, serta optimasi alat produktivitas (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).<br /> Saya tertarik untuk terus belajar dan memberikan kontribusi yang bermakna di bidang human capital, terutama dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan inovatif melalui strategi berbasis data.
