During my internship at PT PLN Nusantara Power Gresik, I gained valuable experience as an Inventory Controller and Cataloguer. I conducted a thorough analysis of the company's business processes and identified opportunities for improvement within the inventory control and cataloguing division. I developed a comprehensive dashboard that streamlined the material requisition process. This improvement has resulted in substantial time savings and improved accuracy for the company.

Monitoring the planning and execution of annual events like Holiday and Unifier Day, ensuring a smooth and successful event for all DTSI stakeholders. Ensured the seamless execution of twice-yearly Industrial Engineering graduation ceremonies, ensuring a memorable experience for graduates.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management Laboratory • Contract Base

I organized and executed the LSCAMP, a learning camp focused on contemporary Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) topics. This event attracted over 150 participants, fostering a dynamic learning environment. Additionally, I contributed to the development of the LSCM Podcast, producing 6 informative episodes that delve into various aspects of the LSCM field. To further enhance the learning experience, I provided training sessions on essential topics such as VBA, PPIC, Warehouse Management, and SCM. I also actively supported lecturers in setting up and conducting academic activities and projects related to logistics and supply chain processes.

ITS EXPO • Project Base

ITS EXPO is an annual big event held by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya that exhibits artworks and technology innovations of ITS Students to be shown to the public with remarkable closing with various artists at the end of the show. As the head of the affiliate division, I was responsible for leading my team in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the ITS Expo. This included setting pricing, managing ticketing, implement ticketing systems, driving ticket sales, and develop marketing campaigns that would generate excitement and encourage public participation in the event.
