During my role as a Consumer Funding Intern at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk, I actively supported the consumer funding team in various operational and strategic activities. I have assisted in developing consumer funding products, including conducting market data analysis to identify customer needs trends and potential sales improvements. I have participated in managing customer databases, ensuring information accuracy and document completeness in compliance with internal and external regulations. Additionally, I have contributed to preparing presentation materials for marketing campaigns of home ownership loans (KPR) and other funding products, as well as monitoring market responses. I have supported administrative processes, such as preparing daily reports, evaluating product performance, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth funding approval workflows. Through collaboration with the research team, I have collected and analyzed competitor data to provide service enhancement recommendations. I have also learned to apply compliance principles and risk management practices at every stage of consumer funding. This experience strengthened my analytical and communication skills, as well as deepened my understanding of retail funding mechanisms in the banking sector.
