Elang Wangkawa Rizqi Kurniawan
I am a highly motivated with a degree in Agricultural Industrial Engineering, eager to apply my academic knowledge and skills in the professional world. My interests lie in the fields of industrial systems, risk management, supply chain management, and production processes.<br /> <br /> During my studies and internship, I gained experience in analyzing and optimizing systems, ensuring efficiency, and solving complex problems related to industrial operations. I have a strong foundation in data analysis, project management, and process improvement, combined with a collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous learning.<br /> <br /> During my organizational experience, I served as a Staff Member for Cadre Development in the Agricultural Student Association (HIMATITAN) from 2019 to 2021. I was also a Staff Member of Commission II in the Student Representative Council of Brawijaya University (DPM UB) during the 2020-2021 period. Lastly, I held the position of Chairperson of the Student Deliberative Assembly for the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (MPM FTP) from 2021 to 2022. <br /> During my organizational experience, I also participated in six committees, taking on various roles such as Event Coordinator, Public Relations Coordinator, Event Staff, and Election Supervisor Coordinator.<br /> <br /> I am excited to contribute to innovative projects and work with teams that aim to enhance operational performance and sustainability. Analyze the problems and risks in the sugar industry supply chain at PG Krebet Baru, Malang district, using the
House of risk method.
Successfully found 12 risk events and 13 risk agents at the new Krebet sugar factory. The priority found was an
error in the unstable fertilizer price increase with a risk priority number value of 20.8%.
Successfully found 20 risk events and 34 risk agents in the new Krebet sugar factory. The priority found was an
error in the machine maintenance system with a risk priority number value of 12.9%.
Successfully prioritized strategies for factories and farmers with an effectiveness rate of 70%-65%

Conducted analysis and identified maintenance issues in machinery over a one-year production period, utilizing
real-time data from a one-month production cycle.
Performed ana Performed Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) on tea production
machinery, covering both processing and packaging equipment.
The results of the analysis found errors in maintenanche, especially in the tea grinding machine, the ARP value
of the machine was 457 with an average risk occurrence of 8%.
The recommendation given is to evaluate the machine maintenance schedule and machine supervision. this is
done to minimize machine failure so that it runs well.
