Saya lulusan Informatika dari Telkom University dan memiliki ketertarikan di bidang Web Development serta Data Science. Selama kuliah, saya beberapa kali mengerjakan proyek pengembangan website dan merancang tampilan antarmuka yang terhubung dengan sistem database.<br /> <br /> Saat magang di Bank Syariah Indonesia, saya membuat website untuk membantu proses administrasi buku tabungan dan kartu ATM. Dari pengalaman itu, saya belajar banyak tentang cara kerja sistem di dunia nyata dan pentingnya kolaborasi dalam tim.<br /> <br /> Saya ingin ikut program Magenta untuk menambah pengalaman, memperdalam kemampuan teknis, dan belajar langsung dari lingkungan kerja yang profesional. Saya siap untuk terus berkembang dan berkontribusi sebaik mungkin.

Telco+ Business at PT Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) focuses on providing end-to-end information technology (IT) solutions, including cloud computing and cybersecurity services. This segment aims to support businesses by delivering innovative and reliable technology solutions. In my role, I contributed to the administrative operations of this segment, emphasizing efficient document management, financial processing, and travel coordination. Key responsibilities included:
- Preparing and distributing documents to meet the administrative needs of the Telco+ Business segment.
- Inputting data for cashout, bank references, and official travel orders (SPPD).
- Managing vendor reimbursements and invoices for the Telco+ Business sales segment, as well as coordinating business travel in compliance with established standards.
- Handling and circulating documents to ensure proper documentation flow within the Telco+ Business segment.

During my internship, I gained valuable insights into customer service operations by closely observing and learning from the daily processes. To deepen my understanding, I also participated in selected tasks, which allowed me to evaluate service quality and identify areas for improvement. Building on these experiences, I proposed and implemented web-based solutions to enhance administrative efficiency. My contributions include:
