I am an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, a graduate of the Master of Professional Psychology program at the Islamic University of Indonesia. I have experience in psychological assessment, recruitment, organizational development, training, research, and counseling. As an adaptable and fast-learning individual, I am motivated to continuously develop and make optimal contributions in various work environments.
