My coursework has provided me with extensive knowledge, which I've utilized in hands-on roles as a lab assistant and intern. These valuable experiences have sharpened my skills in communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.<br /> <br /> In addition to my academic pursuits, I'm also committed to continuous personal and professional development. I actively seek out new learning opportunities and challenges that will further deepen my understanding and proficiency in biotechnology. My ultimate goal is to contribute to advancements in the healthcare sector, particularly in the development of novel treatments and therapies.

- Research focus: "Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) Flower Extract Reduces Oxidative Stress In a Rotenone-Induced BE(2)-M17 Cell Model Of Parkinson’s Disease"
- Performed neuroblastoma cell culture process for SH-SY5Y and BE(2)-M17 cells, from thawing, passaging, cryopreservation, and successfully differentiating cells into neuronal-like structures under sterile laboratory conditions.
- Prepared and maintained laboratory equipment for safe use, including BSC (Biosafety Cabinet), serological pipette, hemocytometer, waterbath, inverted microscope, incubator, and others.
- Prepared materials such as trypsin, HI-FBS (Heat-Inactivated Fetal Bovine Serum), and roselle extract samples for experimental use.
- Managed media and reagent stock, and prepared growth and differentiation media for SH-SY5Y and BE(2)-M17 cells.
- Carried out cytotoxicity testing on BE(2)-M17 neuroblastoma cells using the MTT assay.
- Conducted an in vitro Parkinson's disease model by using differentiated BE(2)-M17 cells exposed to neurotoxin rotenone to observe and evaluate cell morphology.
- Assisted in and studied several assays, including LDH (Lactate Dehydrogenase) assay, ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) assay, and apoptotic assay.
- Recorded and maintained laboratory procedures and experiments in a study logbook.

- Reviewed the process of tetanus bulk production from Clostridium tetani culture, media preparation, inoculation, cultivation, harvesting, detoxification, purification, and filtration.
- Actively participated in regular sampling and analysis of critical parameters (Optical Density, pH, Antigenic Ability, and Microscopic Observation) to monitor and control variability during the production process.
- Participated in protein purification process using filtration and dialysis using TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration).
- Participated in discussions with the supervisor related to the material and the entire process that had been conducted.

- Carried out an immunofluorescence assay to detect the presence of pathogenic agents in monkey serum intended for polio vaccine production.
