- Calculated the 2025 Manpower Planning (MPP) by analyzing historical data and aligning it with future needs
- Researched definitions, key points, and potential development programs for functional competency
- Designed a competency matrix and developed a competency dictionary, linking both to streamline the competency input process for each position

In the preliminary round, my team prepared a paper titled “Aerosafe: Pemanfaatan Data Mining untuk Prediksi dan Mitigasi Polusi Udara Berbasis Machine Learning”, which applied forecasting and classification methods to analyze and extract insights from air quality data. The journey continued to the final round, where we were given air pollution data to conduct a classification analysis. We successfully secured 2nd place on the provided Kaggle leaderboard. The results were then presented under the title “Menghadapi Polusi: Analisis Penerapan Data Mining untuk Mendeteksi Kualitas Udara”
