In this internship as an Organization Development Officer at PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang, I played a key role in supporting organizational growth and effectiveness. My responsibilities included conducting analysis and evaluation of organizational structures, assisting in the development of strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity, and facilitating the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving internal processes.
• Support All OD Activity (Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Analysis, and Culture Campaign)
• Collect and process all Data related to OD activites
• Assist in creating and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Implement and utilize Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

In this internship, I had the opportunity to actively participate as a TB Ranger in the Planning and Program Development Division of the Mentari Sehat Indonesia Foundation, Central Java Province, in the Campus Leaders Program Batch 8 internship organized across 13 provinces by Bakrie Center Foundation, Kadin Indonesia, and the hexagon helix collaborators for accelerating Indonesia's SDGs achievement.
• Conduct direct contact investigations in the community
• Conduct direct counseling, education, and socialization to the community
• Carry out creative innovations in order to find new TB cases
• Design a program to commemorate TB Day and efforts to eliminate TB
• Creating social media accounts for Mentari Sehat Indonesia
• Implementation of a campaign on the dangers of TBC
• Disseminating information related to the dangers of TBC.
