Sebagai mahasiswa Psikologi di Universitas Brawijaya, saya selalu tertarik pada bagaimana manusia menjadi penggerak utama dalam pertumbuhan sebuah organisasi. Rasa ingin tahu ini mengantarkan saya untuk mendalami bidang Human Resource. Saya telah mengeksplorasi minat ini melalui pengalaman magang di PT Semen Gresik (Magenta BUMN) dan melalui kontribusi aktif di divisi PSDM dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan. Kedua pengalaman ini memperluas wawasan saya mengenai peran strategis Human Resource dalam memberdayakan individu maupun tim agar dapat berkembang secara optimal. Saya percaya bahwa dunia kerja bukan hanya tentang produktivitas, tetapi juga tentang koneksi, makna, dan penciptaan ruang yang mendukung pertumbuhan individu. Saat ini, saya terbuka untuk peluang di bidang Human Resource. Bagi saya, ini bukan sekadar jalur karier, melainkan perjalanan pembelajaran yang ingin terus saya lanjutkan.

PT Semen Gresik Magang

PT Semen Gresik is a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG), the largest state owned company in the cement industry in Southeast Asia. PT Semen Gresik plays a key role in national infrastructure development and sustainable industrial transformation. I was assigned to the Talent and Performance Management team, which falls under the remit of the Human Capital and General Affairs Unit. This team is responsible for performance management and talent development.

During my internship, I was directly responsible for the management of employees data and provided support to the company's internal strategic Human Capital processes. This experience has expanded my understanding of human capital practices that are aligned with the values of AKHLAK and professionalism. Here are my day to day responsibilities:
• Managed more than 200 employees data. This data was related to attendance, overtime, salary and business trips. I used Microsoft 365 to do this.
• Analysed the performance evaluation process using KPIs, self-assessments and 360-degree reviews based on the AKHLAK core values.
• Melakukan pemetaan bakat untuk mendukung proses evaluasi manajerial.
• Developed innovative dashboards to improve the efficiency of talent and performance management data processing and reporting on a daily basis.
• Supported the implementation of internal recruitment and promotion processes, including collecting candidate data and coordinating technical activities.

Polresta Kota Malang Magang

Polresta Malang Kota is a public police institution responsible for law enforcement, public service, and personnel development within the Malang City area. During my internship, I was placed in the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim), where I assisted with administrative case documentation and personnel related paperwork.

My key responsibilities included finalising documentation for a number of cases. In addition, I had the opportunity to observe and contribute to human resource processes within the HR division. This included assisting in the preparation of internal promotion exams. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in orchestrating a cross-university collaboration. This involved inviting a psychologist to deliver a seminar on the subject of mental revolution, which was attended by over 90 police personnel and Bhayangkari members.

This experience provided me with valuable insight into HR practices within government institutions and emphasised the importance of interdepartmental synergy and collaboration for effective personnel development

Awarding Night BARIS Project Base

Served as Public Relations Coordinator for the Awarding Night event, one of BARIS' flagship internal programs dedicated to appreciating staff contributions throughout the organizational period. I supervised and directed a PR team to develop and execute compelling communication strategies, initiated stakeholder engagement efforts, and functioned as the main liaison between the committee and invited parties.

I coordinated invitation outreach, secured the attendance of key stakeholders, built and maintained external relationships, drafted and distributed official communications, and oversaw the overall communication flow leading up to and during the event. This role enhanced my abilities in team leadership, strategic communication, stakeholder management, and public relations execution.

● Improved the strategic planning and execution of all General Conference activities, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and mission. Developed comprehensive event plans, set clear objectives, and coordinated with stakeholders for successful and impactful conferences.
● Leading a diverse team of over 20 members across departments such as secretariat, public relations, PDD, and events.
● Furthermore, I supervise event logistics to ensure the seamless participation of over 80 members and alumni throughout the entire series. Duties included scheduling, managing resources, venue arrangement, and troubleshooting issues that may have arisen.

Baris Science Festival Organisasi

● Organized a national-scale essay and debate competition for students which was held online and offline formats in Malang.
● Managed all aspects of event planning, from participant registration and scheduling to ensuring seamless execution across multiple platforms and created a valuable experience for all participants.
● Managed administrative tasks, including TOR, timeline management, and the organization of judges and other committees.
● Implemented a promotional strategy by working with 14 media partners to reach a wider audience and collaborating with 11 expert judges who are experienced in the field of essays and debates to ensure high standards of evaluation, enhancing the competition's prestige and impact.

development of members.
● Coordinated four member bonding sessions and one member appreciation event per term to foster a strong
sense of community and recognize contributions of members.
