During my internship in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) division at PT PUSRI Palembang, I was actively involved in planning and supporting various social programs. My key responsibilities included:

- Supporting administrative operations and maintaining event documentation.
- Conducting field surveys and interviews with local MSMEs to gather insights and identify needs.
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of events such as training sessions, social initiatives, and community festivals.
- Creating and managing content for social media to enhance public engagement and program visibility.
- Serving as Master of Ceremony (MC) during key events to facilitate smooth communication and audience interaction.
