I’m an 8th semester Mechanical Engineering student at Brawijaya University, Skilled at Computer Aided Design (CAD) with discipline GD&T standards. Moreover, Intermediate at Finite Element Analysis and Computational Fluid Dynamics. Thinking interdisciplinary is my favorite way of thinking, which helps me become a fast learner. I gained experience during my internship in Pertamina EP with achievement of reducing pump corrective maintenance. Due to the flow rate difference with the NPSHA of the pump installation, I was determining the minimum water level of tank, to make the hydrostatic pressure compatible with the NPSHR of the centrifugal pump, Respectfully, I’m looking for an opportunity to contribute to an industry that requires my skills.

Concluded the results of statistical process control and decided to reduce the frequency of pump corrective maintenance. then I found the point problem from the pressure gauge and central processing area was found the pressure was still below NPSHR of the pump. So I provided a minimum height or volume limit for water tank to make the hydrostatic pressure compatible with the NPSHR of the pump.
