Talent Development Intern

During my time with the Human Capital Strategy & Policy team, I had the opportunity to be directly involved in various strategic programs focused on employee talent development. One of the key initiatives was preparing the Master’s Scholarship Program for BSI employees, which included developing content, exploring collaboration with TOEFL iBT and IELTS Prediction Test vendors, and establishing communication with representatives from Top 50 global universities. I also supported the socialization of the scholarship and the execution of campus roadshows at several leading universities. In addition, I contributed to the development of the Overseas Training Program and researched to support the design of the Master's Study Loan Program. For the Sales Shadowing Program, I developed observation instruments and interview guidelines used by participants. I also conducted literature reviews on the influence of personality test results on job placement and analyzed internal survey data to identify employee skill needs for project execution. On the operational side, I assisted in managing administrative tasks related to performance management. To support Human Capital communication efforts, I designed various publication materials such as posters, flyers, booklets, virtual backgrounds, and videos.

I actively contributed to the development of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) products, including preparing the year-end KPI library by collecting individual KPI data, coding for system input, updating nomenclature, and ensuring data completeness and accuracy within the system, including necessary revisions. I was also involved in adjusting the SiaPP system to support PMGM (Performance Management and Goal Management), as well as updating job profiles for all employees. In addition, I participated in analyzing 2023 employee engagement trends and the results of the People Development Survey conducted by Human Capital Talent Management on one of the company’s subsidiaries. I also supported recruitment efforts by sourcing new candidates through direct outreach via private messages on LinkedIn. From a competency perspective, I managed data and analysis of employees with high competency scores and leadership potential. I also compiled and analyzed performance appraisal results from both direct supervisors and secondary evaluators. Moreover, I developed a competency assessment tool using Google Forms to map employee competencies according to their respective job positions.
