operations, examining equipment performance, and ensuring that production standards are
being followed.
● Detecting any defects or deviations from quality standards as soon as they occur. By
identifying issues early in the production process, corrective action can be taken promptly to
prevent further defects and ensure product quality.
● Observing and enhancing the performance of Poka Yoke to minimize the chances of noncompliant products slipping through the cracks. As an intern, I improved Poka Yoke quality
by conceptualizing the integration of machine learning into quality gates.
● Prepared morning meetings to discuss non-compliant part reports and Poka Yoke
malfunctions. Gained valuable insights and enhanced soft skills in teamwork, leadership, and
effective communication among both senior and junior colleagues
