During my time in the finance division, I assisted in preparing monthly expense reports, monitored project expenditures, and ensured adherence to the company's financial policies. I was responsible for maintaining the accuracy of financial data used for both analysis and reporting, while also communicating key financial information through clear and visually compelling presentations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams allowed me to gain valuable insight into how finance plays a strategic role in decision-making processes. I worked in an environment guided by the AKHLAK core values (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif), which shaped my professional approach and interactions. Additionally, I actively promoted employee involvement in workplace safety initiatives and successfully led a team in organizing the National Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Day commemoration event.

During my role in the audit field, I understood and applied a professional work culture to support a productive and collaborative business environment. I conducted comprehensive asset audits to ensure data accuracy and optimize the utilization of company resources. Throughout the process, I implemented objective assessment methods and provided strategic consultation to improve operational efficiency and create added value for the company. I also evaluated the effectiveness of operational procedures to ensure compliance with applicable SOPs and to identify opportunities for improvement. In addition, I developed a mindset of professional skepticism in auditing to enhance the quality of assessments and mitigate the risk of fraud.

FISIPHORIA • Project Base

I led, coordinated, and built a team of 16 members from diverse backgrounds into a productive, effective, and high-performing unit. In this role, I was responsible for pitching and negotiating with vendors, media partners, sponsors, resellers, and other key stakeholders to optimize the budget and reach audience targets. I successfully invited well-known guest stars such as Dewa-19, Ari Lasso, Virzha, Project Pop, Morfem, and Souljah, contributing to the event’s wide appeal. I transformed ideas into well-managed and organized projects with clear execution strategies and measurable results. Additionally, I conducted an analysis of human resource capabilities to strategically address skill gaps and strengthen overall team performance. My responsibilities also included performing market analysis, developing pricing strategies, and implementing innovative approaches to meet consumer needs and ensure ticket sales targets were achieved. As a result, I successfully sold over 13,000 tickets in 2023, generating a total valuation of approximately IDR 1.5 billion. I also maintained regular bookkeeping and reporting of ticket sales across different batches, accompanied by thorough checks and evaluations to ensure accuracy and accountability.

During my involvement in the organization, I deepened my knowledge in the fields of advocacy and networking. I was entrusted with the role of chief coordinator for the work programs of Laskar Diponegoro, where I was responsible for leading various initiatives. My responsibilities included conducting in-depth studies on pressing issues, organizing consolidation efforts, and overseeing key matters at both regional and national levels. I also actively participated in public demonstrations to voice concerns and convey aspirations to the government regarding issues that were deemed harmful to the public interest, both locally and nationally.

I served in the field of advocacy, playing a key role in receiving and following up on various forms of student aspirations within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Diponegoro University. I was also involved in overseeing the implementation of work programs organized by student organizations under the faculty. In addition, I actively took part in addressing and monitoring issues of sexual violence occurring within the FISIP Diponegoro University environment.

During my tenure as the Class Coordinator for the 2021 Business Administration cohort, I led, coordinated, and united over 200 students in various academic and non-academic activities. In this role, I served as an active liaison between students, faculty members, and the academic department to communicate aspirations and address emerging issues. I organized internal communication forums to maintain solidarity, resolve conflicts, and ensure the smooth progression of our collective academic journey. Additionally, I initiated and oversaw collaborative programs based on student needs, while fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication through regular coordination and effective information dissemination. This experience strengthened my leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills, especially in making decisions during critical situations involving multiple stakeholders.
