During my time with the Islamic Students Association (HMI), I was entrusted as the Head of the PTJK Unit (Higher Education Student Network), a unit that focuses on self-development for HMI members. In this role, I was responsible for managing and leading training programs designed to improve the leadership, mental, and intellectual skills of members. I also ensured that the implementation of activities ran effectively, from planning to evaluation, with the aim of forming a strong, competitive, and ready-to-face-challenge individual.
