- Study the crude oil processing process and the tools used (main tools and supporting tools) at the RFCC (Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking) unit crude oil processing process
- Process daily operational data for Heat exchanger 101-E-527-A/B to carry out heat exchanger work analysis calculations
- Evaluate heat exchanger performance and provide solutions to problems with the 101-E-527-A/B Heat Exchanger

ISO Training is one of the Research and Development (R&D) department programs which collaborates
with PT Sakti Indonesia to hold ISO Training (ISO 9001:2015 ; ISO 14001:2015; & ISO 45001:2018)
targeting the general public, especially Chemical Engineering UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur student.
- Organize and be responsible for the ISO Training event
- Coordinate with PT Sakti Indonesia regarding the mechanism and concept of the event
- Successfully held ISO Training and fulfill the company’s target participants

CEO (Chemical Engineering Olympiad) • Project Base

CEO (Chemical Engineering Olympiad) is an Olympiad on Chemical Engineering for high school /
vocational high school/Islamic high school students throughout Indonesia
- Creating the concept of the Chemical Engineering Olympiad event from the basic concept of the
event, event mechanisms, rundown, to materials
- Organizing the Chemical Engineering Olympiad event from registration to prize distribution
- Coordinating with all committees and components related to the activity (laboratory assistants and
lecturers as judges)
- Successfully evaluated CEO 2021 and increased participants up to 2x in CEO 2022

- Holding socialization activities and presenting materials as a forum for information for UPNVJT

- Holding training and guest lectures to improve the quality of human resources in the UPNVJT

- Holding national-scale competitions and seminars to improve the existence of the UPNVJT Chemical
Engineering Department
- Coordinate with speakers (Laboratory Assistant, Guest Lecturer, Company Guest) at each event held

Cheme-star is a competition participated in by all active UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur Chemical
Engineering department students to develop students interests and talents in arts and sports
- Create an Cheme-star event concept from the basic concept of the event, event mechanisms,
rundown, to materials
- Organize and be responsible for the Cheme-star event from registration to prize distribution
- Successfully held the Cheme-Star after it was not held several years due to Covid-19

EC (Energy Competition) • Project Base

EC (Energy Competition) is a scientific paper competition for active undergraduate/diploma students
throughout Indonesia that takes the theme of Optimizing Natural Resources to realize SDGs 2030
(Energy, Materials, Environment, and Food)
- Create an Energy Competition event concept from the basic concept of the event, event
mechanisms, rundown, to materials
- Organize and be responsible for the Energy Competition event from registration to prize distribution
- Coordinate with all committees and lecturers as judges
- Successfully held the Energy Competition after it was not held several years due to Covid-19
