At the Marketing Department of Petrokimia Gresik Hospital, I assisted in recapitulating administrative data for BPJS patients and collecting administrative data from other patients.

In addition, I actively participated in marketing campaigns organized by the division, such as free medical check-up programs, content creation, and visits to partner companies.

I was also involved in marketing efforts by serving as a liaison for public relations during both internal and external hospital events.

PT Telekomunikasi Selular Magang

was selected as a participant in the B2B Sales Account Representative position at PT Telekomunikasi Seluler, Surabaya Regional, as part of the Magang Bersama Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek).

During my internship, I made efforts to learn about Telkomsel's products offered in the business segment, such as IoT, chipsets, provider cards, and more. In the Account Manager (AM) department, I mapped out potential companies and conducted company profiling in the East region. I also performed regular visits once a month to handle client complaints and participated in networking activities with partners.

I studied in-depth the interrelated departments within the organization. In the Commercial Management (CM) department, I learned the process of customer requests, ticket creation, administrative completion, and contract management.

In the Enterprise Business Operation (EBO) department, I processed card requests, crosschecked data, activated cards, and managed client requests to be converted into products.
