• Archive complaint reports for the last 8 months.
• Input data on the realization of complaints, realization of HR development,
realization of education and literacy programs with a total of more than 400.
• Manage OJK social media professionally.
• Official trip to 4 cities for 8 days for financial education to the community,
which was attended by more than 800 participants.
