As part of PT Astra International’s flagship CSR initiative, I led the end-to-end planning and execution of over four health campaigns and educational programs targeting youth in Malang City. I managed all aspects of event logistics including venue coordination, scheduling, and material procurement ensuring 100% on-time delivery. Working collaboratively with a team and 14 external stakeholders, including schools and health professionals, our efforts successfully and resulted in a 95% satisfaction rate based on the post-event survey.

Successfully completed a Big Data project focused on optimizing the healthcare supply chain, earning a final project score of 89.36/100. Using data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and basic SQL, I cleaned and analyzed extensive datasets to identify three major bottlenecks in the distribution process. Based on these findings, I proposed improvements to the scheduling system, and simulation results demonstrated a potential 18% increase in time efficiency within the pilot region.
