I am a young professional with a background in Civil Engineering who is currently building a career in the oil and gas sector. My interests extend beyond infrastructure design to energy management and the development of efficient gas distribution networks. Currently, I serve as a Field Engineer at PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia, where I manage complex and high risk drilling systems, including the operation and maintenance of Top Drive Systems. Throughout my role, I have learned that success in the energy industry relies not only on technology but also on operational efficiency and excellent customer service. I thrive in team environments, make decisions under pressure, and consistently prioritize safety and effective communication. Joining PGN's internship program represents a strategic step for me to gain deeper insights into gas distribution operations and role in Indonesia’s energy transition. I am eager to be involved in market research, customer handling, and technical operations related to gas pipeline infrastructure. With my hands on field experience and technical training in the oil and gas industry, I am committed to learning and contributing meaningfully to PGN’s Sales Operation team.
