Saya berkesempatan menjalani program magang di PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) selama 6 bulan pada bagian Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Selama magang, saya terlibat dalam beberapa kegiatan administratif seperti pengarsipan dokumen karyawan, membantu proses rekrutmen, serta membantu dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan karyawan.
Saya juga belajar mengenai sistem manajemen kepegawaian yang digunakan perusahaan, termasuk pemahaman terhadap kebijakan ketenagakerjaan dan prosedur internal perusahaan. Pengalaman ini sangat bermanfaat dalam menambah wawasan saya tentang praktik manajemen SDM di dunia kerja nyata serta meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama tim.
