Let me introduce myself, my name is Akhmad Zein Dwi Mustofa.<br /> I am a Bachelor of Engineering graduate from the Bandung Institute of Technology. I graduated in 2018 then continued my career at PT. LG Elektronics Indonesia at MM2100 as Engineering Supervisor.<br /> In 2022 I was promoted to Engineering Part Leader.<br /> I have been working for more than 5 years in the Television and Electronics manufacturing industry. As Production Engineering Part Leader, I lead 5 Staff, 13 Operators and have responsibility in<br /> 1. KPI Setting for Yearly target<br /> 2. Project Management<br /> 3. Investment Plan for Assets (machines), consumables, and expenses<br /> 4. Man Power Reduction by increasing the automation and process improvement<br /> 5. Automation (Robot, Karakuri, LCA)<br /> 6. New Model Production Verification related to process and machinery<br /> 7. Production Assembly Process improvement and Cycle time analysis<br /> 8. Maintenance (MTTR, MTBF, PM, CM, BM, Overhaul)<br /> 9. Spare part Management to manage amount, stock, price, and utilization<br /> 10.
