worked on Project:Mutation and Polymorphism Analysis of the BCL11A Gene in β-Thalassemia Patients, and also Conducted a detailed analysis of the BCL11A gene in β-thalassemia patients to gather descriptive data on DNA sequence alterations. This information potentially offers additional insight into the development of β-Thalassemia gene therapy. Designed forward and reverse primers for BCL11A using Primer3. Optimized annealing temperature for BCL11A primers through TD-PCR and Gradient PCR. Conducted DNA separation using agarose gel electrophoresis. Observed DNA bands using G: BOX imaging. Analyzed β-thalassemia patients' DNA sequences for BCL11A mutations and polymorphisms using Bioedit.
