Staff of Fund & Business Department
Administration English Club (AEC) • Organisasi
As a staff member of the Fund and Business Department at the Administration English Club (AEC), I was responsible for managing and maintaining funds to support AEC’s work programs, reflecting the division’s motto, “Gaining a Lot of Profit.” I served as the PIC for the PDH and Merchandise program, which involved coordinating with internal divisions on designs and communicating with external vendors for production. This program was vital as the PDH and ID cards represent AEC’s whole identity.
Additionally, I collaborated with local MSMEs to generate additional income for the organization. Beyond my primary role, I actively contributed to other divisions’ programs, including serving as a Public Relations staff for the IISMA Workshop 2024 and overseeing catering and the event highlight (cake arrangement) for AEC’s 33rd Anniversary. I also participated in various programs as a participant and supporting the success of AEC’s initiatives.
