Actively involved in organizational activities, particularly in Human Resources Development roles at Sportyca FKM Undip and Public Health Student Press, where I honed leadership, strategic planning, and administrative skills. I am capable of working both independently and in teams, and I adapt quickly in various situations. I also served as an Agent of Change in the PPK Ormawa program by Kemendikbudristek, promoting public health awareness and empowering local community. Terpilih sebagai salah satu dari 2.000 kompetitor tingkat nasional dan memperoleh dana sebesar Rp 39 juta untuk merealisasikan program dengan judul "Strategi Mewujudkan Desa Sehat Berbasis Literasi Digital Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Stunting di Kelurahan Meteseh Semarang". Program ini menginisiasi dan melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan pelatihan literasi digital kepada masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu kader kesehatan, sebagai langkah preventif dalam penanggulangan stunting.
