1. Support the preparation of goods and services procurement for Overhaul 2025
2. Archive procurement-related documents such as contracts, POs, and JOs using Office 365 (Ms. Sharepoint and Ms. Excel)
3. Prepare a monthly MRA list in the form of report to support procurement KPIs
4. Archive of invoice documents in coordination with the finance team
5. Conduct a price survey and analyze comparisons among vendors
6. Participate in aanwijzing sessions
7. Assist in documenting the implementation of Overhaul 2025
8. Support the submission, verification, and observation processes for TKDN certification of GGBFS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag)
9. Ensure vendors submit the required legal documents (NPWP, NIB, IUI, SMK3 & ISO 45001, etc.)
