Ridwan adalah Fresh Graduate lulusan program studi S1 Teknik Kimia ITB dengan IPK 3,61. Ia memiliki ketertarikan besar pada industri pengolahan energi khususnya migas dan keselamatan kerja. Ia aktif berkontribusi dalam organisasi seperti SPE ITB SC, AIChE ITB SC, HIMATEK ITB, dan LSS ITB. Ia juga memiliki pengalaman profesional antara lain sebagai P&ID freelance untuk PT Pertamina EP dan sebagai process engineer intern di JOB Pertamina - Medco E&P Tomori.
