A final year student of the Psychology study program focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, has a great interest in the industrial world, especially as a Human Resources. Equipped with several special competencies obtained from training and certification programs such as Microsoft Office Specialist, Recruitment Process and Talent Management. Mastering specific knowledge and skills that are relevant in the field including Job Analysis, Recruitment, BEI Interviews, Organizational Development, HR Management, Psychological Testing to Psychological Assessment. Experienced in related fields as a Human Capital Talent Management at one of the Pharmaceutical BUMN Holding Corporate and Counselor Assistant at one of the professional psychology bureaus. Also supported by various other experiences in internship and student organization activities, and actively participating in various recruitment, assessment, and organizational development projects. Have a high interest in learning, able to work in teams and individually supported by excellent communication skills. Open to job opportunities in the field of Human Resources and the like, especially within the scope of the corporate industry.
