As a Human Capital Intern at PLN Icon Plus, I was responsible for managing administrative processes related to employee training and certification, including drafting Terms of Reference (ToR), preparing Budget Plans (RAB), and distributing invitations, confirmation forms, and internal memos. I also maintained and updated employee certification records by documenting certificates, monitoring validity periods, and ensuring alignment between training needs and implemented programs. Additionally, I supported the Training Need Analysis (TNA) process by managing the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking course completion rates, and analyzing results based on job functions and employee competencies.
