Freshmen Leader

I guided and supported new students during their orientation at Binus University, mentoring freshmen and providing essential information to ensure a smooth transition into university life. I monitored student activities to foster engagement, coordinated with fellow Freshmen Leaders to enhance team collaboration, and managed the flow of activities for over 3,000 freshmen during the Week of Welcoming. Additionally, I successfully oversaw inauguration events for more than 10,000 freshmen, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. Through these experiences, I developed leadership abilities and reinforced my commitment to fostering a supportive academic community for incoming students.
