Human Capital Manager

Develop ID • Organisasi

Develop ID is an organisation engaged in career development and preparation for students in the post-campus world, as well as preparing students to be ready for various external activities such as MSIB, IISMA, study abroad, and various other external activities. As a human capital manager, I play an important role in organising or coordinating Develop ID's internal HR development activities, such as Staff Upgrading, Career Preparation, Monthly Report, and various other internalisation activities. I also play a role in building the concept of career or post-campus preparation for Develop ID community members, as well as preparing Develop ID members when applying for government programmes such as MSIB, IISMA, Teaching Campus, and many other external programmes.

I have an internship experience as a content creator at PT Hidata Teknologi Digital, a company engaged in data science, which provides data analyst services, website development, and data-related consulting services. During my work, I have a target to create at least 2 contents for 2 weeks, this content will be channeled through Instagram, TikTok, and Linkedin platforms. In addition, I also help build the concept of the content that will be channeled through social media. Being a content creator has trained me in public speaking, time management, editing via capcut, and self-confidence.

PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) produces oil and natural gas (oil and gas) through exploration and production activities in support of PT Pertamina (Persero), providing energy that is important for Indonesia's development and economy. As one of Pertamina's Subholding Upstream entities, PHI manages upstream oil and gas assets in Regional 3 Kalimantan. As an internship, working in the instrument control system department, I succeeded in creating an interactive application which aims to be an application for calculating safety integrity level results, with the concept of updating with time series analysis, and developing an effective calculation system for the company.

The Islamic Spiritual Student Activity Unit is one of the organisations engaged in campus da'wah at Airlangga University, playing a role in upholding Islamic law in the campus environment which oversees each faculty at Airlangga University. In my role as Head of HRD of the Personnel Bureau, I play a role in creating a positive environment in the organisation through bonding and upgrading staff programs that are carried out regularly, I also act as a counselor for UKMKI staff who have problems during the organisation, I also play a role in providing training to develop the skills of the staff, especially in the fields of writing, public speaking, and business skills development. during the organisation, I also experienced filling many events as master of ceremony and moderator because of my public speaking skills, I also learned about leadership through leadership training held by the organisation, as well as being responsible for several major organizational agendas.

Joining the internal institution of Universitas Airlangga, namely the Halal Centre of Universitas Airlangga, I have an internship experience as a service and training team. UNAIR Halal Centre is an institution engaged in the Service and Development of the Halal Industry in Indonesia. Halal Center or previously known as the Center for Research and Development of Halal Products Universitas Airlangga (PRPPH UNAIR) was formed to carry out the function of a Halal Research Center as well as a Halal Center, in order to support the active role of higher education institutions, especially in the fields of research and community service. As a service and training team, I play a role in carrying out institutional functions and roles as a Halal Examining Institution (LPH) of Universitas Airlangga in the halal certification process in Indonesia, carrying out institutional functions and roles as a Halal Product Process Assistance Institution (PPH) of Universitas Airlangga in the implementation of self-declare PPH for Micro and Small Business Actors in Indonesia, and conducting educational, consulting and training services related to the process and implementation of halal certification in Indonesia.

The 2021 batch of the Data Science Technology Study Program is a group of Universitas Airlangga students who entered the campus world in 2021 as undergraduate students of the Data Science Technology Study Program, the 2021 batch numbered 110 people with me as the class leader. As class president, I play a role in overseeing all problems in the class, being a mediator for students to lecturers and student affairs, helping formulate study plan cards for students, and being a counsellor for students who have problems in the class.
