Human Capital Intern PT Berdikari will support the Human Capital team in implementing people development programs, managing employee data, coordinating employee engagement activities, and contributing to organizational development initiatives. This role provides exposure to modern Human Capital management practices within a state-owned enterprise.
✅ Assist in identifying, tracking, and updating the talent database (high-potential employees, successors, etc.).
✅ Support the implementation of learning & development programs, workshops, and leadership initiatives.
✅ Help coordinate training logistics, participant lists, and post-training evaluations.
✅ Assist in compiling and analyzing data for employee development or competency mapping.
✅ Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities or company events.
✅ Assist in preparing communication materials related to company values, culture, and internal campaigns.
✅ Help gather employee feedback through surveys or focus group discussions.
✅ Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and organizational climate.
✅ Assist in collecting and updating data for performance management processes (e.g., KPI tracking, performance reviews).
✅ Support the documentation and analysis of organizational structure or workforce planning data.
✅ Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for HC strategy meetings.
✅ Help with research on best practices in organizational development, employee development, and performance improvement.
✅ Maintain accurate employee and development program records.
✅ Help ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of all Human Capital data.
✅ Provide general administrative support to the HC team, including scheduling, document preparation, and database management.
✅ Assist in preparing documentation related to employee disciplinary actions or grievance handling (under strict supervision).
✅ Help maintain records of employee warnings, dispute resolutions, and agreements.
✅ Support in monitoring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
✅ Assist in communication with external parties such as unions or government agencies, where required.
✅ Help organize employee socialization sessions regarding company policies, employee rights, and obligations.
✅ Support the HR team in employee well-being or employee relations programs to maintain a positive work environment.
Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Strong interest in Human Capital, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data handling is a plus.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
