I'm a bachelor of Industrial Engineering, who has curiosity and lifelong learning new things with a strong background in process optimization, inventory control, and operational management. During my internship at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, I implemented a QR code-based tool tracking system, significantly improving warehouse operations during plant Turnaround activities. Additionally, I gained hands-on experience in SAP software while managing general goods inventory at PT Semen Padang, optimizing stock management processes. Through various supply chain and quality control projects in MSMEs, demonstrated skills in production planning, supply chain mapping, and improving product quality. I am eager to apply my technical expertise, leadership experience, and problem-solving skills to contribute to optimizing performance and business processes in the professional world.

• Oversaw the administration and loan processes in the tool room and tool container, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with established procedures.
• Updated the loan administration system, which previously used spreadsheets, by creating a simple QR Code scanner and web server based on a microcontroller. This innovation improved the accuracy and efficiency of tool tracking in the warehouse and was implemented during the Turnaround activities at Plant 1A.
• Created a comparison between the as-is and to-be business process models using Bizagi Modeler software.
• Calculated warehouse capacity and managed item coding for inventory tracking.
• Analyzed the integrated system and conducted system testing using the black box testing method for verification and the USE Questionnaire for validation. The inventory information system received a score of 85%, which was interpreted as "Highly Feasible."
• Studied the business processes during the implementation of the Turnaround Program at Production Plant 1A for ammonia and urea production.
• Participated in plant tours to understand the automation aspects of the fertilizer loading process in the product warehouse.

1. Introduction to the basic SAP system.
2. Study the process of receiving, storing, and issuing goods in the general goods warehouse.
3. Verify the completeness of purchase order (PO) documents and delivery notes (SPB) during the goods receiving process.
4. Create an Inspection Report (IR) in SAP software for the goods that have been received.
5. Generate a Goods Receipt (GR) document in SAP software to confirm that the ordered goods have been received in the correct condition.
6. Perform the transfer posting (TP) process in SAP software by entering the GR number, storage location, and PO number. Then, print the TP document to verify that the goods have been handed over to the General Goods Expenditure & Storage Section.
7. Study storage methods using FIFO, ABC (Activity-Based Costing), and racking systems.
8. Accurately supervise and record the stock of goods entering and leaving the warehouse to ensure quality and safety.
9. Update warehouse stock-taking and check item codes to ensure the correct location and condition of goods.
10. File and organize proof of goods delivery for audit purposes and internal records.
11. Utilize SAP software to consolidate stock data into Microsoft Excel or other systems for further analysis, planning, and reporting.
12. Analyze warehouse business processes and provide recommendations for solutions to address existing problems in the General Goods Inventory Warehouse
