As a remote intern at Berbinar Insightful Indonesia, I was responsible for managing over 50 financial transactions each month by preparing journal entries and generating income statements using Manager.io, which I then presented directly to the CEO to support clear financial decision making. I also processed the company’s monthly corporate tax obligations through CoreTax, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. In addition, I handled the drafting and formatting of official letters and certificates for both internal and external use, maintaining proper documentation and numbering systems. I regularly recorded structured meeting minutes for three internal divisions, ensuring that all key discussion points and progress updates were accurately documented and effectively followed up.

PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Magang

During my internship at Pos Indonesia, I was responsible for calculating monthly depreciation for over 5,000 inventory items using the double-declining method and 160+ fixed assets using the straight-line method. These calculations were carried out consistently over a five month reporting period to ensure accurate and reliable asset valuation. In addition to asset management, I also recapped the cost of goods sold (COGS) related to multimodal shipping services for land, sea, and air, for more than 6,000 shipments distributed across Indonesia. This work contributed to more accurate and efficient logistics costing, supporting the company’s operational and financial planning processes.

Bank Indonesia Magang

During my internship at the Payment System Policy Department of Bank Indonesia, I successfully completed over five high risk matrix analyses related to licensing and approval processes for payment service providers. This involved ensuring the accuracy and compliance of submitted documents with Bank Indonesia’s regulatory standards. I also supported the organization and systematic archiving of key licensing documents using Bank Indonesia’s official document management software, which significantly improved accessibility and workflow efficiency within the Licensing Division.
On a daily basis, I managed and verified more than ten reimbursement documents or receipts related to travel and consumption expenses, including the preparation of accurate petty cash vouchers. I actively contributed to a public outreach initiative aimed at preventing the misuse of payment services for illegal activities, particularly online gambling by coordinating event logistics and internal communication to ensure smooth execution. Additionally, I had the opportunity to attend several pre-consultative meetings with prospective payment service providers, allowing me to gain deeper insights into the regulatory process and engagement protocols.
