Be Young Executive is an essay competition open to the public in the field of human resource management, followed by 45 teams from 20 universities in Indonesia. The theme of the competition is “The Future of Hybrid Work: Making It Fit with Your Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy. In this competition, I wrote an essay entitled "Urgensi Diversitas Gender Pada Dunia Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Potensi Kerja Karyawan di Tengah Tren Work From Home (WFH).
