Communication student at IPB University with a strong enthusiasm for exploring new things and developing my professional skills. As a hard worker who adapts quickly, I possess effective communication skills and a person with cooperative attitude. My high curiosity and ambition drive me to continuously learn and grow, especially in contributing to organizational development in a professional environment. My top priority in achieving the best results. My experiences includes conducting research and publishing journal articles accredited by SINTA related to business communication and marketing communication, which have sharpened my analytical thinking. Additionally, I gained valuable experience through an internship at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, focusing on cooperation, empowerment, and education to enhance public awareness regarding intellectual property rights. Futhermore, I served as Program Director at Spectrum Improvement Corporation where i was responsible for communication strategic planning, program oversight, and program evaluation to effectively develop and implement business initiatives. Through these roles, I have develop interpersonal communication, presentation skills, report writing and documentation capabilities, as well as foundational negotiation and persuasion skills. Honesty, hard work, and adaptability are core values I uphold to achieve the best results.
