Ageng Syarevi Hernain Vandayu
I am a Bachelor of Sociology graduate from Universitas Airlangga with a high interest in content creation, marketing communication, digital marketing, events, and public relations. During college, I actively developed myself through various organizational experiences, committees, and internships that honed my communication, creativity, teamwork, and event management skills.<br /> I had an internship as part of the Marketing Communication team of Indosat Ooredoo Regional East Java, where I was responsible for creating content for Instagram & TikTok, becoming a talent for social media needs, and creating weekly engagement reports. One of my valuable experiences was being involved in the company's big event, Bookber Simple IM3, which is an event open to the general public, containing music concerts, fashion shows, and Ramadan markets.<br /> In addition, I was also involved in various activities such as Indosat Volleyball, Halal Bihalal, to the role of reception, documentation, and social media talent in various events. In the florist field, I have experience creating content, becoming a talent, participating in product photoshoots, and being involved in the Kalerose Florist open booth in Surabaya.<br /> I am also active in various external events such as 3Kiosk Gresik, Beyond The Future Music Event, and campus activities such as being the Sponsorship Coordinator of Sociolympic, Human Resource Development Treasurer at HIMA Sociology, and Event Division Staff at Sociology Sports Week.

During my internship program at Indosat Ooredoo Regional East Java as part of the Marketing Communication team, I had the opportunity to learn firsthand about communication and marketing strategies in the telecommunications industry. In this role, I am responsible as a Content Writer for Instagram and TikTok social media, starting from creating interesting captions in accordance with the content concept to becoming a talent in the creation of the content. In addition, I also routinely create weekly reports to analyze engagement rates on Instagram for evaluation and content strategy development. This experience not only increased my understanding of the world of digital marketing, but also honed my communication skills, creativity, data analysis, and confidence when performing in front of the camera.
