Sertifikasi dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) di bidang Customer Relationship Management (CRM) memvalidasi kemampuan profesional dalam mengelola hubungan pelanggan secara strategis dan operasional. Sertifikasi ini mencakup berbagai aspek, mulai dari pemahaman konsep dasar CRM, penerapan teknologi CRM, analisis data pelanggan, hingga strategi peningkatan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Dilakukan selama dua hari yaitu tanggal 25-26 Oktober 2024 di Alana Hotel Yogyakarta. Sebelum dilakukan assesment interview, terdapat indepthh training terlebih dahulu oleh ASQI. Didukung oleh Bank Indonesia yang menyediakan wadah untuk awardee beasiswa.
