I am a Law graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada with experience in labor law, human resources, and organizational development. My personal vision is to pursue a career in a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) as a platform to apply my knowledge and skills, particularly in talent management, HR policy development, and fostering a professional and compliant human capital environment. I believe that contributing to Human Capital plays a vital role in advancing the growth and sustainability of BUMN institutions.
